LAUNCH OF SISTER LAW FIRM, GERMAN DUAL CITIZENSHIP,LLC, WHICH SPECIALIZES IN HANDLING BEIBEHALTUNGSGENEHIGUNGEN (BBG)

We are excited to introduce you to our newly launched sister law firm, German Dual Citizenship, LLC. This national company was specifically founded to assist German citizens in obtaining dual citizenship. While most countries permit dual citizenship, Germany takes away its citizenship when a German citizen obtains a second foreign citizenship. The exception is if a retention certificate (Beibehaltungsgenehmigung) was successfully obtained. This process is a somewhat complicated process that includes an application with the German government (Bundesverwaltungsamt).

Magna Law Group, PLLC has been handling BBG application for over seven years, and we have given many free presentations in the greater Seattle area to schools and German organization, to inform German citizens of the process and their options. We have received so many clients from Washington state, and eventually throughout the US, that we founded a separate company just to serve our German clients for the retention certificate and US naturalization process.

Please visit our new sister firm at www.germandualcitizenship.com for extensive information about the process and the services we offer. If you should be interested in our services in that area of law, you can contact us through Magna Law Group or German Dual Citizenship.

We are looking forward to serving our German clients even more efficiently, nationwide.
