LAUNCH OF SISTER LAW FIRM, GERMAN DUAL CITIZENSHIP,LLC, WHICH SPECIALIZES IN HANDLING BEIBEHALTUNGSGENEHIGUNGEN (BBG)

We are excited to introduce you to our newly launched sister law firm, German Dual Citizenship, LLC. This national company was specifically founded to assist German citizens in obtaining dual citizenship. While most countries permit dual citizenship, Germany takes away its citizenship when a German citizen obtains a second foreign citizenship. The exception is if a retention certificate (Beibehaltungsgenehmigung) was successfully obtained. This process is a somewhat complicated process that includes an application with the German government (Bundesverwaltungsamt).

CAN I MAINTAIN MY LEGAL PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS IF I AM OUTSIDE THE U.S. FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME?

Legal Permanent Residents face numerous restrictions or limitations related to travel outside the U.S. A permanent resident may lose his/her “resident” status if he/she travels outside the U.S. and remains without permission for a continuous period of more than 180 days, or if he/she travels outside the U.S. multiple times for extended periods of time even if each period is less than 180 days. If a person remains outside the US for more than 180 days, his residence is presumed to have been abandoned.

LA PRODUCER PURSUING THE MAGNA LAW GROUP FOR POTENTIAL DOCU-REALITY SHOW

Our firm has been filmed for a casting reel for a potential documentary-style reality show. National networks are apparently interested in the concept of a group of young, attractive women being so unusually successful in the often antiquated and stuffy legal world. For three days cameras were following us and filmed interviews with clients who consented in having their stories heard.

MAGNA LAW GROUP HAS GONE NATIONAL!

We now offer Immigration Services throughout the United States. We have attorneys throughout the US that assist our clients with their immigration needs. We proudly offer the same intimate and dedicated customer service to our out-of-state clients as we provide at our headquarters in Seattle.

Our TOLL FREE NATION NUMBER is: 1(888) 788-6896

Having a DUI on your record can get you banned from visiting Canada, where drunken driving is a felony, and you'll have to wait at least five years and complete lengthy paperwork to be considered for admission.
